Connect for Impact – Denmark
CFI project explores themes of inclusion, equitable partnerships, intercultural dialogue, and trust-building between between African diaspora groups and Danish CSOs. The aim is to build a Community of Practice (CoP) to routinize the two groups to work closer together, while highlighting the untapped expertise, networks, and contextual knowledge diasporas hold about their countries of origin.
Mayuge Community House – Uganda
GA co-supports a house in Budhebera village, in Mayuge district in Eastern Uganda, that today serves as a vibrant community reflective space and co-working hub for grassroots groups and activities.
Furthermore, the house serves as a hub for community mobilization, education, and co-creation, supporting lifelong learning and grassroots development.
RISE Sports Foundation – Uganda
The RISE Sports Foundation is a community-driven initiative using soccer and other sports to empower youth and foster inclusion in Mayuge, Uganda. It runs multiple leagues—including senior, junior, and girls’ soccer—providing training, equipment, and developmental opportunities for young athletes.
